REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

We are happy to accommodate cancellations.
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us via email at info@beretetribalart.com as soon as possible.
We will issue a full refund if the order has not yet been processed or packed for shipment.
If the order has already been processed and you want to cancel, we will have to deduct our 8% restocking fee from your refund.


Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Due to merchant and warehouse fees, there will be an 8% restocking fee for all returns unless the items are defective.
Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession and have cleared our inspection, a refund will be issued.
In order to qualify for a return you must contact us at lamine@beretetribalart.com so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return.
Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Any items damaged during the return process will be the customer's responsibility, unless insured.
For refunds on orders that qualified for Domestic Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund if the return brings the order amount below $200.
All purchases for discounted items are final.
